It just looks darker than the first image... Anyway... BTW, I was looking on Utube just before and found this bit of epicness from my childhood, takes a while to get into it, but when it gets there it's a great theme! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY BARREL ROLL ONTO MY THREAD AND DERAIL IT!!! Not much to see here, just a slight reworking of some of the explosions... but its also to reassure you that we're still working on the hack. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

All the character signs have already been changed from the original, and I'm not planning any major overhaul of them; having said that I was going to give a slight gradient so that it's a more yellow orange at the bottom.
Solar flares... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] BtW, I know why you have it Jonus, but that dark blue colour is very difficult to read, I suggest that you enter color=#4466ff

The orange-y ones are the shootable kind, and the greyer ones are the non-shootable.
And thanks for changing the colour.

I do know what you mean, unfortunately I can't do anything about it, It's something that the texture map does by itself. On the plus side, they move pretty fast, so you shouldn't see such awfulness for long.

I was playing a game called Taikodom: Living Universe (is a brazillian spacial game) and I saw the backgrounds and I am thinking if you could use any of the backgrounds present in the game.
Well if just an idea, for me these backgrounds are wonderfull!

....goin back to what andross said, i doubt id notice i never pay attention to the rocks anyway i just rage shoot lol. but i was talking about the big gray rock on the upper left corner. looking like triangles patched into one to make it look like that and all the smaller triangles are maximized and minimized.
i was just wondering because i thought you could fix that and make the rock more original. you know?

So I've been working on Granga for the past I don't know HOW many hours, but it's really starting to make me mad. I can't seem to get that menacing metalic look that I want for him, but this is what I have so far anyway. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
