Not a preset one anyway. what i did was render some noise on a layer above the picture, make the black backround transparent (via the make transparent plugin of paint.net) and gave it some motion blur, duplicated the layer, flipped it horizontally, and added the crystalize pixelation effect to make "ice". i then merged the layers, and erased the stuff over the hud and team mate diologue boxes XD

There's an easier way of getting rid of the black background, just set the layer to screen from the Screen blend mode or what ever it's called - its above the layer pallet.

Hows this for a crowded workspace?

This is my workspace spread across 2 screens, (Which makes it much easier than when I only had one) in this particular shot I'm arranging the many slices of the invoice by copying them into a separate field (top right) and trying to work out how they fit together. Once I have a bit finalised, I move the slice's window to the correct space on the stack (Centre bottom and right bottom).
Simple 'eh.

Depends, if it's in as many pieces as the lylat Wars 1 was then they can just put up with it, do you have any idea how irritating it is to do 1 px high slices?
